  A little pricey for AYCE but at around $30 (after tax), it's got a lot to offer! Not only do they have hot pot, but they also give you the option of two more "tiers" for steaming and barbecuing that makes the whole thing look like a three-level dessert tray. So it's just as easy to cook your noodles, steam your squid, and barbecue your chicken wings at the same time. And at no extra cost!

  Went here and were expecting great things. Service was slow, and it took forever for the servers to bring our soup/bbq pot.
  The quality of food was subpar and the sauces weren't very tasty. We ordered the miso broth as it was listed as a "hot item" on the menu but it was flavourless.
  
  A complete waste of our time and $70. Wont be returning again.

  We came here on a Friday night at 7pm. We walked in without a reservation. They quoted us a 30-40 minute wait time. We waited for over an hour and 15 minutes. At that point, I asked them for the ETA and they told me there were two more reservations ahead of us. If we knew the wait would have been over an hour, we would have gone somewhere else. We ended up walking out before we were seated.

  The food was just not tasty. Meat and veggies weren't fresh, selection was minimal compared to other places, and had to pay for the sauces. Service was not bad, place wasn't busy on a Wednesday night. I wouldn't come here again. There's so much other selection around the area.

  Atmosphere: Large, lots of seating great for families.

  Customer service: Good.
  
  Food: This place is okay for veggies but good meat slices.
